To start your Mission you need to enter the New York Portal , and its located at the top-menu.
Just unlock the portal and you are free to go.
The Portal
The main requirement for every mission are 'blood', the blood here is not one you have in your Blood-Bank but the blood that you have to acquire from gifts or from the blood Collector.The Blood Collector
The Blood Collector will give you a chance to buy 'Bloods' but you have to wait for an hours or 24hours. But you better be alert once you hired him to collect bloods or else if you have gone late the collection will be gone.
The mission tier here are the same objective as like as before. Just use your energy and satisfied the item requirements.
